About the role

In this role you will get the best of two worlds. You’ll be both hands-on technical (software development) and strategic (product ownership). You will work closely with founders, designers, engineers, and growth leads to bring ideas to life from concept to launch.

On some projects, you’ll focus on coding and technical architecture, on others you’ll drive product discovery, define roadmaps and guide teams toward the right priorities. No matter the setup, you’ll always have an impact on both what we build and how we build it - all the way from start-ups to enterprises.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of both the technical implementation and the product vision in early-stage startups.
• Work with enterprise clients on both technical and product led assignments.
• Write code, review solutions and ensure technical quality.
• Participate in workshops with clients to define needs, scope and next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, growth, strategy, investment) to shape successful products.
• Act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.
• Help startups avoid pitfalls and coach them toward sustainable growth.

Must-have requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development, preferably fullstack (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js or similar).
• Experience in product ownership, product management or similar responsibilities.
• Developed or managed ML / AI native products.
• Ability to lead or guide teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Hands-on start-up or consulting experience.

Nice-to-have requirements

Experience as a founder or early employee in a startup, including involvement in e.g. fundraising
