The Role: Tech & Innovation

You will join our Tech Forum, a collaborative group of experts (Fullstack, DevOps, Architects) dedicated to high-quality code and modern solutions.

• Core Backend: Design and develop scalable systems primarily in Python.

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments using GCP (preferred), AWS, Docker, and Terraform.

• Dynamic Projects: Toggle between high-stakes projects, moving seamlessly from building products from the ground up to solving complex challenges for large enterprises.

Who You Are

• Experience: 5+ years of professional backend development.

• Technical Stack: High proficiency in Python (e.g., Django) and experience with cloud infrastructure (IaC) Preferably GCP.

• Consultancy Mindset: You have experience working as a consultant or across various projects and thrive in the journey from Startup to Enterprise.

• Business Acumen: You are interested in the "why" behind the code and how it creates value.

• Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.

Nice to Have

• AI/ML: No need to be an expert, but a keen interest in the field is a major plus.

• Frontend: Experience or interest in collaborating with our experts in React/Next.js.

• Startup Experience: Experience building products from scratch.
