To work in an environment where everything is possible together with people I can share a laugh with.

Someone that is inspiring, caring and have the ability to identify problems and come up with constructive solutions. 

What is the best thing about working in the startup world?
That it is constantly changing and you get to meet and work with amazing people that are really passionate about what they are doing.

What do you do when you are not working?
I spend time with my wife and two children, exercise (running or racquet sports) and hang around with my friends! Music, board games and a great wine is a frequent combination!
