Event & Office Manager

We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate, party planer and office manager.

What you will do

• Inventory of office materials, beverages and snacks.
• Order food for everyone for our Friday lunch and other lunches
• Escalate any issues regarding the office functioning as it should
• Communicate with our cleaners, fruit delivery and recycling suppliers
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and support them with in-office needs 
• Organise amazing events, partys and After Works 

Who you are

• You are a positive, energetic and very social
• You love planning and have great planning skills and structure 
• You are a creative soul who loves planning awesome parties
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English
• You love to take the lead and don’t shy away from responsibility
• Pragmatic, self-acting and a peoples person
• Strong communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience as an office manager/event planner
• Understanding of/interest in tech and/or startups
• Experience and or interest in HR/people management
