A VNTRS employee comes in different flavours. We are currently looking for a skilled and ambitious growth hacker with a developer background. If you have the proper tech and marketing skills, and on top of that, you are a team player with social skills that always have the end customer in mind while developing or challenging old behaviours - then we would love to get in contact with you!

About the job
As a growth hacker/developer you will, depending on assignment, either work together with our experienced tech team to build the products and services of tomorrow OR take on the challenging task to help a company that would like to increase growth. 

Must-have requirements

  • Work experience from SEO, SEM, Digital marketing and business development
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a mobile, frontend or backend developer
  • Fluent in English
  • People person    

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Sales background
  • A great network within the tech-industry
  • Project management skills
  • Hands on start-up experience
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • You can take on projects outside Sweden
