About the job

As AI Product Manager, you’ll play a leading role in shaping and delivering AI-powered solutions. You will:

• Translate cutting-edge AI/ML concepts into tangible products that solve real customer problems
• Explore and validate AI opportunities in early-stage startups and corporate ventures
• Drive product roadmaps that leverage large language models (LLMs), APIs, and custom integrations
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and growth leads to ship AI-enabled features and MVPs quickly
• Experiment with prompt engineering, vibe coding, and lightweight prototyping to accelerate learning
• Guide clients on best practices for deploying and scaling AI systems responsibly

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional AI teams (developers, ML engineers, UX, strategy)
• Build AI-powered products from concept to launch, balancing speed and quality
• Identify opportunities where AI can automate, personalize, or create new value streams
• Work hands-on with LLMs, open-source models, APIs, and no/low-code tools to design experiments
• Ensure ethical, user-centric, and data-driven product decisions
• Communicate insights and progress clearly to clients, founders, and teams

Must-have requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of taking digital products from idea to launch
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially LLMs and API-driven products
• Hands-on experience with prototyping (e.g., prompt engineering, vibe coding, or AI hackathons)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured mindset, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Nice-to-have requirements

• Practical experience building with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar ecosystems
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning models
• Startup or founder experience, ideally in AI-first products
• Experience as a consultant or managing external client projects
• Industry knowledge in fintech, healthtech, proptech, or other data-heavy sectors
