We’re looking for a driven, organized, and self-motivated Business Development Intern to join our Stockholm team. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Recruitment, Sales, and Marketing teams, gaining a comprehensive view of consultancy business operations. As you support VNTRS’s growth, you’ll be exposed to our unique approach as a sweat-equity investor, gaining insights into how we invest time and resources in high-potential start-ups as long-term partners.
Your role and impact:
In this hands-on role, you’ll focus on sourcing and interviewing candidates, supporting recruitment for both our internal teams and client-facing roles. You’ll also help shape VNTRS’s presence in the tech start-up community by creating engaging social media content.
Additionally, you’ll gain insight into our investment strategy and what it means to work as a sweat-equity investor. You’ll see how VNTRS evaluates tech start-ups for both growth potential and alignment with our values, giving you a unique perspective on venture investments in the start-up ecosystem.
Specifically, you’ll:
- Partner with our recruitment and sales teams to source, engage, and interview top candidates for tech-related roles at VNTRS and our clients.
- Design and publish recruitment ads, conduct interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers.
- Support our sales team by reaching out to new potential clients and participating in networking events.
- Create social media content, including interviews with team members and stakeholders.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance recruitment and sales efficiency.
Who you are:
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Current studies or newly graduated at a university or vocational school
- Experience in sales, customer relations or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- A goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially with new contacts, and a knack for building relationships.
- A structured approach to planning and time management.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
You’re a people person, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You bring energy to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and balancing quality with efficiency.
