Is this you? For this role, we are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Head of Project Management that can lead, evaluate and inspire your fellow colleagues.

As you will play a key role when scoping new projects you also need to like to be directly involved with customers, take on great responsibilities and not be afraid to challenge assumptions to make sure that the projects you will be involved with always have the end customer in mind. About the job In your role, you will lead the Project Management team and also be the project manager working alongside our other experienced developers including frontend, backend, and UX/UI developers as well as market/strategy and investment network professionals. Together we help companies in every aspect of their journey.

Must-have requirements

• 7+ years experience of Agile Project Management within Tech
• Experience as a consultant and managing projects with external clients
• Experience of taking a leading role within a business domain
• 1-2 years experience within one of the following areas:

• Business Development, UX/UI development, Business and end-customer insight, & tech/development

• Experience in leading a team/personell responsibility
• A peoples person who can lead and inspire and prioritise
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Nice-to-have requirements

• Hands-on start-up experience
